Easy Chair Tutorial:
Get an EasyChair Account
If you already have an EasyChair account, simply navigate to the conference’s EasyChair login page. Once there, enter your credentials to access your account and proceed with your conference-related activities.
If you do not have an EasyChair account, please click on ‘Sign Up’ to create one. Complete the CAPTCHA verification and enter your account details. A confirmation email will be sent to you; please confirm your email by clicking the link in the email. You will then need to enter additional personal information along with the password you use for logging in, after which you can proceed to the EasyChair login.
Review Process:
- All papers submitted to ICIMECE 2026 must be written in English and adhere to the publisher’s paper writing format. Inappropriate formatting and poor English quality may result in rejection.
- Each paper submitted will be reviewed by two reviewers in a double-blind peer-review process.
- The review criteria will be the novelty and level of contribution, validity of conclusions, grammar, writing style, application perspective, and formal qualities of the contribution.
- Authors will be notified about their submission results in five weeks.
- The outcomes of the review process generally fall into one of three categories. First, a paper may be accepted with minor revisions, indicating that only a few adjustments are needed to improve its quality. Second, a paper might be accepted with major revisions, indicating that more substantial changes are needed before it can be considered suitable for publication. Lastly, a paper could be rejected if it does not meet the required standards or criteria for acceptance at this time.
- If the authors do not adequately address the reviewers’ comments in the revised paper, it will be sent back for further revisions.
- All decisions made by the conference committee following the peer-review process are final and shall not be subject to appeal.
